Delivery Information
All of the orders on this website are processed by our logistical partners Haul & Store, 17 Admiralty Way, Camberly, GU15 3DT.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. You will subsequently receive a dispatch email when the order is processed. We process all orders first thing in the morning on all working days. We do another sweep of all ‘Next Day’ orders at 1pm.
We offer the following delivery options:
1. Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery in the UK - £3.45 - FREE all orders over £40
All orders over £40 will receive this delivery service automatically for free. All other orders we process, will be shipped with Royal Mail. This delivery service is untracked and you don’t need to sign for your order. Royal Mail details this service will take around 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.
2. DPD Next Working Day Delivery in the UK (order before 1PM) – £5.95 - FREE all orders over £60 (for parcels under 5kg).
All orders over £60 will receive this delivery service automatically for free. The order has to be placed before 1pm to be received the next working day. Please bear in mind that orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be received on Monday. All orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Once the order is handed over to DPD, you will receive a confirmation email or text message from DPD, which will include your tracking number. DPD will continue to keep you updated on the delivery process and will provide you with a one-hour delivery slot. Any changes you wish to make to the delivery, please visit the DPD website with your personal tracking details.
Next working day only applies to Mainland UK addresses. It excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. DPD Delivery indicates it has a two-day delivery minimum to these locations.
3. Small Parcel Royal Mail Delivery Europe £12.50
If you wish to order from our UK website for delivery in Europe, our flat rate is £12.50 for a fully tracked Royal Mail service.
4. Small Parcel Royal Mail Delivery Rest of World £18.00
